Delivery over Christmas & New Year

Christmas & New Year Delivery Information

The GH Studio will be closed from 17th December - 4th January

Please bear in mind that there will be limited deliveries over this time and most orders made over the Christmas period will be processed from 4th January 2022.

If you wish to make a return, please make your request via info@georgiahardinge.co.uk. If you are already within your 14 day period allowance, we will extend this period for you due to our absence.

FREE UK Delivery (Hermes) 3-5 Working Days

Standard European Delivery 4-8 Working Days

Orders are fulfilled and sent Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.

You will be charged for delivery once per order.

A signature must be provided at the delivery address in order for the goods to be released. If a signature cannot be provided, the goods will not be left at the address. A card should be left by the courier to inform the customer of an attempt to deliver the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a pick up or further drop off of goods if the original delivery is missed by the customer. Georgia Hardinge will not take responsibility for goods after the first delivery attempt.

Prices on our website are inclusive of the UK VAT charge. Georgia Hardinge does not take responsibility for any customs charges or holding/return fees on any goods held or charged during international delivery. Customers are encouraged to research the local taxes and rules of their delivery address before placing international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

During the current pandemic, with restrictions ever changing, we suggest that our customers should email us prior to sending their return / exchange. This way we can direct you to send your package to a different address should the studio be closed at that time. All parcels sent to the studio whilst it is closed, will be processed when the studio is next open.

If you are not satisfied with your Georgia Hardinge purchases, we offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy. This also applies to our sale items or items bought using a discount code.

Any sample sale items can only be returned for an exchange or credit note.

When making a return or exchange it is imperative that the garment is received within 14 days of your parcel being delivered, complete with swing tags and in its original packaging. The items must also remain in a sellable condition, unless it was found to be faulty.

Please ensure that you fill out the returns & exchanges form.

Georgia Hardinge are not responsible for the cost of delivery for returns. We recommend a tracked or signed for delivery service to ensure that the package reaches us. Georgia Hardinge are not responsible for the non-delivery of goods.

You will receive your refund up to 21 days after it is received by Georgia Hardinge. An email will be sent as confirmation of the processed refund or exchange.

If an item is faulty please state the reason in the returns form.

Please note that we will only exchange an item for another item of the same style. Only the size or colour may be changed. This should be noted in the returns form.

For all international returns it is recommended that you email us to let us know in advance - info@georgiahardinge.co.uk. We also recommend that you use an international delivery service with tracking services to ensure the parcel reaches us. Any charges for returning goods back to Georgia Hardinge are at the customer's expense.
