Please bear in mind that delivery attempts will not be made on bank holidays. Our external warehouse will be closed on these bank holidays and so orders made during this time will be processed on the next working day.

Pre-order items can often add 1-2 weeks extra to delivery times. Please check the product's page before purchasing.

Orders are fulfilled and sent Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.

A signature must be provided at the delivery address in order for the goods to be released. If a signature cannot be provided, the goods will not be left at the address. A card should be left by the courier to inform the customer of an attempt to deliver the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a pick up or further drop off of goods if the original delivery is missed by the customer. Georgia Hardinge will not take responsibility for goods after the first delivery attempt.

Prices on our website are inclusive of the UK VAT charge.

If you are not satisfied with your Georgia Hardinge purchases, we offer a 14 day returns policy from when the item is delivered. This also applies to our sale items or items bought using a discount code.

Any 'sample sale' items can only be returned for an exchange or credit note.

When making a return it is imperative that the garment is received within 14 days of your parcel being delivered, complete with swing tags and in its original packaging. The items must also remain in a sellable condition, unless it was found to be faulty. Georgia Hardinge reserves the right to refuse a return if shows signs of wear or if it is missing its accompanying accessories, such as a belt or a slip top.

Please ensure that you fill out the returns form provided with your order, so that we can ensure your return is processed quickly.

Georgia Hardinge are not responsible for the cost of delivery for returns. We recommend a tracked or signed for delivery service to ensure that the package reaches us. Georgia Hardinge are not responsible for the non-delivery of goods.

You will receive your refund up to 21 days after it is received by Georgia Hardinge. An email will be sent as confirmation of the processed refund or exchange.

International Returns

We offer our international customers the option of a prepaid DHL label. If this option is selected then we will deduct the amount of the shipment from your return to cover the cost of the return.

If you would like to organise the return yourself, we recommend that you use an international delivery service with tracking services to ensure the parcel reaches us. Please ensure to state that the shipment is a 'return to origin' or 'return to sender' with no commercial value, in order to avoid delays at customs. 

Any charges for returning goods back to Georgia Hardinge are at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the refund.

In the case of international exchanges, it is often quicker if the item is re-ordered instead of waiting for the return to arrive back with us. If you need the exchanged item quickly, please ask for 'store credit' at the returns portal.
