During this current pandemic and lockdown period, Georgia Hardinge will still be operating their usual online service.
Please bear in mind that all orders made over the lockdown period may suffer from a delayed service. We will be emailing customers personally with updates and information on their shipments.
The Dazed Dresses are currently not expected to experience any form of delay due to the location that the stock is in.
Please bear in mind that some couriers are no longer working on a 'signed for' service in order to protect customers and workers alike. If there is an option to leave a safe place on their website, I would do so to ensure packages are left in a convenient location for you.

Returns & Exchanges
During this pandemic that we are experiencing, we urge customers to please email us to request an exchange. We can then give alternate instructions on when/where to ship returns to in order to process these as soon as possible for you.

If you are not satisfied with your Georgia Hardinge purchases, we offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy. This also applies to our sale items or items bought using a discount code.
When making a return or exchange it is imperative that the garment is received within 14 days of your receipt, complete with swing tags and in it's original packaging. The items must also remain in a sellable condition, unless it was found to be faulty.
Please ensure that you fill out the returns & exchanges form.
Georgia Hardinge are not responsible for the cost of delivery for returns. We recommend a tracked or signed for delivery service to ensure that the package reaches us. Georgia Hardinge are not responsible for the non-delivery of goods.
You will receive your refund 21 days after it is received by Georgia Hardinge. An email will be sent as confirmation of the processed refund or exchange.
If an item is faulty please state the reason in the returns form.
Please note that we will only exchange an item for another item of the same style. Only the size or colour may be changed. This should be noted in the returns form.
Refunds are not valid on Sample Sale items. Instead a credit note or exchange can be issued if you contact us via email.
For all international returns it is recommended that you email us to let us know in advance - email@example.com. We also recommend that you use an international delivery service with tracking services to ensure the parcel reaches us. Any charges for returning good back to Georgia Hardinge are at the customer's expense.

Other Returns and Delivery Info
If you are from the UK, we do not charge for delivery costs and use either Royal Mail or Hermes courier services. Orders are fulfilled and sent during working hours, Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
Prices on our website are inclusive of the UK VAT charge. Georgia Hardinge does not take responsibility for any customs charges or holding/return fees on any goods held or charged during international delivery. Customers are encouraged to research the local taxes and rules of their delivery address before placing international orders.
