The GH Studio will be closed between 22nd Dec - 2nd January.
Please bare in mind that all orders made over the Christmas period will be shipped in the first week of January.
We deliver orders worldwide using a 'signed for' service with tracking. If you are from the UK, we do not charge for delivery costs and use Royal Mail Services. Orders are fulfilled and sent during working hours, Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. You will only be charged for delivery once per order.

A signature must be provided at the delivery address in order for the goods to be released. If a signature cannot be provided, the goods will not be left at the address. A card should be left by the courier to inform the customer of an attempt to deliver the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a pick up or further drop off of goods if the original delivery is missed by the customer. Georgia Hardinge will not take responsibility for goods after the first delivery attempt.
Prices on our website are inclusive of the UK VAT charge. Georgia Hardinge does not take responsibility for any customs charges or holding/return fees on any goods held or charged during international delivery. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your Georgia Hardinge purchases, we offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy. This also applies to our sale items or items bought using a discount code.
When making a return or exchange it is imperative that the garment is received within 14 days of your receipt, complete with swing tags and in it's original packaging. The items must also remain in a sellable condition, unless it was found to be faulty.
Please ensure that you fill out the returns & exchanges form.
Georgia Hardinge are not responsible for the cost of delivery for returns. We recommend a tracked or signed for delivery service to ensure that the package reaches us. Georgia Hardinge are not responsible for the non-delivery of goods.
You will receive your refund 21 days after it is received by Georgia Hardinge. An email will be sent as confirmation of the processed refund or exchange.
If an item is faulty please state the reason in the returns form.
Please note that we will only exchange an item for another item of the same style. Only the size or colour may be changed. This should be noted in the returns form.
For all international returns it is recommended that you email us to let us know in advance - firstname.lastname@example.org. We also recommend that you use an international delivery service with tracking services to ensure the parcel reaches us. Any charges for returning good back to Georgia Hardinge are at the customer's expense.
