Orders are fulfilled and sent Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
A signature must be provided at the delivery address in order for the goods to be released. If a signature cannot be provided, the goods will not be left at the address. A card should be left by the courier to inform the customer of an attempt to deliver the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a pick up or further drop off of goods if the original delivery is missed by the customer. Georgia Hardinge will not take responsibility for goods after the first delivery attempt.

If you are not satisfied with your Georgia Hardinge purchases, we offer a 14 day returns policy from when the item is delivered. This also applies to our sale items or items bought using a discount code.
Any 'sample sale' items can only be returned for an exchange or credit note.

When making a return it is imperative that the garment is received within 14 days of your parcel being delivered, complete with swing tags and in its original packaging. The items must also remain in a sellable condition, unless it was found to be faulty. Georgia Hardinge reserves the right to refuse a return if shows signs of wear or if it is missing its accompanying accessories, such as a belt or a slip top.
Please ensure that you fill out the returns form provided with your order, so that we can ensure your return is processed quickly.
Georgia Hardinge are not responsible for the cost of delivery for returns. Any charges for returning goods back to Georgia Hardinge are at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the refund. You will receive your refund up to 21 working days after it is received by Georgia Hardinge. An email will be sent as confirmation of the processed refund or exchange.
